The guys at Pebble Design have provided us with a property management solution that not only looks great, but it is very easy for us to add and manage properties ourselves using the Content Management System. We have already had some fantastic feedback from our customers and property owners in regard to the new website and we look forward to seeing how we can expand it further down the track to allow for even more CMS functionality.

Accommodation at Dinner Plain
As a provider of ski holiday accommodation for the popular Mount Hotham, Accommodation at Dinner Plain needed not only to effectively showcase their impressive property portfolio, but easily manage their range of accommodation options and specials.
With the Pebble Online CMS we were able to create a design allowing guests to easily navigate through the options available while customising a tool for the reservations staff to manage bookings, property information, upcoming packages and seasonal activities.
Powerful Property Management Module
By setting up a customised module the reservations team can quickly create new properties and add photos and property details through one section of the administration area of their website.
The website manages the design and layout of these properties so the team at Dinner Plain only need to worry about their content. This is an example of beautiful designs being complemented by well thought-out functionality, demonstrating that anybody can have a powerful website at their fingertips without knowing anything about how the website itself works.
Easing Administration with Workflows
With the CMS workflow tool, guest enquiries can be set up to be forwarded to any member of the reservations team. This allows enquiries to be quickly responded to by the relevant member and acted upon in a timely manner.
With the built-in Customer Relationship Management system the guest history can also be reviewed, allowing the reservation team to quickly identify who their guests are and see what they have done previously. This allows management teams to identify who they can upsell to as well as problem guests, eliminating the guess work and targeting specific guest profiles.
